How do I determine the value of my Agency?

One of the most important aspects of preparing to sell your agency is to know your True Market Value. This is often one of the hardest decisions of your life. Buyers do not care how much you have invested or how much time it has taken to get to where you are for the most part. They want to purchase your agency based on something—That is our job to show them what the Price or Value of your Agency is based on.

• Multiple of Net Profit (EBIDTA)
